“We could not be more grateful and blessed to have had such a successful and amazing experience with SRM. We will forever recommend to anyone to go here first.”
We were very nervous to start this journey, and SRM made it so easy, welcoming, and comfortable. Especially after going through Madigan Army Medical Center for 2 years, and constantly hearing “no”, SRM felt like home. They took amazing care of us, answered all our questions where we understood exactly what needed to be done, and were extremely affordable especially us being a military family. As soon as we became pregnant, they followed up with us all through our pregnancy and even after to make sure things were going smoothly. They gave me the courage and faith to keep trying. Because of SRM, we get to spend our first Christmas as a family of three with our sweet son. We could not be more grateful and blessed to have had such a successful and amazing experience through SRM Tacoma. Thank you, Dr. Mazur, nurse Alexa and team. From the bottom of our hearts, you have completed our family. We will forever recommend to anyone to go here first.

“SRM helped change our lives in ways we never thought possible. We can’t say enough about how wonderful they all are.”
Our infertility journey started over 6 years ago. Once we began working with SRM we were given so much hope and possibility. This was more than we had before. Our team worked so hard for us to help give us an amazing outcome we never thought possible. We never felt like just another patient or another case, we felt cared for and supported constantly. We have so much gratitude for Dr. Cho and her team. My care coordinator was there for me every step of the way. Even during times, we weren’t actively doing treatment. This process came with so much loss and so many questions, but I never once questioned my team. SRM really is a great clinic to help through infertility. I wouldn’t think to go anywhere else.

“To say we have felt embraced, accepted, and supported at SRM would be an understatement, the SRM team has become part of our family.”
As a same-sex couple, we had anxieties around how to even start talking about wanting to expand our family. From the moment we stepped into SRM, we knew it was where we were meant to be. During our initial appointment Dr. Cho took the time to discuss all options with us in a way that we could both understand. I have always found it easy to communicate with the team, they don’t make us feel dumb for asking many questions, they’re helpful in their responses and their response time is wonderful. Our SRM team has cheered with us when there has been success and mourned with us when we experienced multiple losses. Through it all, they have continued to give us hope with every cycle. To say we have felt embraced, accepted, and supported at SRM would be an understatement, the SRM team has become part of our family.

“My experience with egg freezing at SRM was outstanding! From initial consultations on Zoom to clinical visits to surgery to recovery, I felt incredibly well supported.”
My experience with egg freezing at SRM was outstanding! From initial consultations on Zoom to clinical visits to surgery to recovery, I felt incredibly well supported. As an epidemiologist, I was especially impressed and grateful with how beautiful Lindsay communicated with me about what evidence we do or do not have about egg freezing during the pandemic; I felt well informed and safe making the decision to do egg freezing now. She also helped me navigate questions I had about my ovaries, and how to interpret data for family size planning in the future; I felt like I could ask her any question that I had, and she was able to provide information and thoughtfulness. At each visit, the medical staff were SO KIND and warm, did a great job with each of my blood draws and ultrasounds. After each of my appointments, Bre called me with updates and checked in to see how I was feeling; having this continuity of service was fantastic! I chose to do egg freezing as a single, 34-year-old woman and started out nervous and alone. At every single step of the process, the staff at SRM helped me navigate next steps. The surgery team was a dream! I arrived to warm blankets and fuzzy socks (what a nice touch!), a personal welcome and introductions, and then each member of the team (nurse, anesthesiologist, and surgeon) came by my bed area to explain each step of the procedure and answer all my questions. Lindsay helped me interpret the clinical data from my egg retrieval and decide about multiple cycles. I cannot overstate how well supported and well informed I felt by the SRM team. I will be forever grateful for their excellent, well-organized, and warm care!! Thank you!
