Family is extremely important to Dr. Amy R. Criniti, and she feels privileged and honored to help others achieve their family dreams. She strives to provide comprehensive and personalized fertility care to all of her patients, and believes there are many ways to build a family. Recognizing that the fertility journey can be difficult, Dr. Criniti is committed to supporting her patients emotionally every step of the way.
Immediately following completion of her Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility fellowship at the University of Washington School of Medicine, Dr. Criniti joined the medical team of SRM in 2006. Her clinical interests include fertility assessment, PCOS, age-related infertility, as well as the entire spectrum of fertility treatment including Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) and In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF). She has published research on topics including oocyte maturation, ultrasound use in gynecologic surgery, and single-embryo transfer in IVF. She has given many lectures on fertility topics as an SRM partner, and as clinical faculty at the University of Washington. She currently teaches the clinical fertility section to the University of Washington medical students.
Dr. Criniti enjoys a busy clinical practice at SRM. She is the Medical Director of the donor egg team. She was recognized in 2013, 2015, 2022 and 2023 as one of Seattle Magazine’s Top Doctors in infertility, as well as Seattle Metropolitan Magazine Top Doctor in 2014, 2015, 2018, 2019 and 2021.

Dr. Criniti is a magna cum laude graduate of Duke University, with a bachelor’s degree in English and minor degrees in both chemistry and Spanish. She completed medical school at Indiana University where she earned the clinical award for excellence in both Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Pediatrics. She completed her residency and fellowship at the University of Washington where she received multiple clinical and teaching awards, including the Harborview Resident of the Year award. She has lived abroad in Kenya and Spain and is proficient in speaking Spanish.
Dr. Criniti sees patients at the Bellevue location. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and being outdoors.
