You will recognize the building in which we are located by the pedestrian overpass that leads to it, as well as the large “SRM” sign on the east side of the building.

Parking Information – There is metered parking along Lake Union across the street from the building (2-hour and all-day time frames). There is a parking garage in the building; the entrance is located on the east side of the building. We are located on level 4L in the garage. SRM patients may park in spots marked “Visitor” or “SRM.” We are unable to validate parking.

Weekend Appointments – The main building is locked on the weekends, there is a call box to gain entry at the Westlake Ave. N entrance. Please use code 0400, and the door to the left of the box will be buzzed open by the SRM staff. On the weekends, there is free parking available across Westlake Ave N in the Marina parking lot, the parking garage is closed.
