Dr. Kevin A. Ostrowski is certified by the American Board of Urology and is an expert in minimally invasive microscopic vasectomy reversal; testicular sperm extraction; micro-TESE; advanced sperm retrieval techniques in azoospermic men; hormonal therapy for infertility and hypogonadism. His research interest has been related to factors affecting success of vasectomy reversals, creating a more patient-friendly semen analysis and understanding the clinical evaluation and treatment of male infertility.

Dr. Ostrowski is dedicated to practicing patient-centered care in a very understanding, down-to-earth and respectful environment. He understands that your health is very personal, and works with you as a partner to provide all of the information you need to create an effective care plan, and find solutions that meet your personalized fertility goals and needs.

Dr. Ostrowski is a member of the American Urological Association, American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Society for the Study of Male Reproduction, and Sexual Medicine Society of North America. In 2018, Dr. Ostrowski received the Julian S. Ansell Teaching Award from the University of Washington Department of Urology for outstanding teaching during the academic year.

Originally from Portland, Dr. Ostrowski attended medical school at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine, completed his internship and residency at Oregon Health and Sciences University, and completed his fellowship in male fertility and men’s health at the University of Washington.

Dr. Ostrowski is not only passionate about partnering with his patients to practice a healthy lifestyle, he is also committed to this philosophy in his personal life—staying active with his wife and three children. In the summer, they can be found paddle boarding on Lake Sammamish, and in the winter, skiing and snowboarding.
